Educating Joey Essex is set to return for another series later this year.

Joey Essex will once again front his own ITV2 show where he sets out to learn about a particular topic. While there's not an official word yet, this time round it's thought that Joey will be focusing his attention on etiquette, the royal family and the monarchy.

And now, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond has revealed that she will appear on the show.

She told Bang Showbiz: "We were filming all day around Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and the Tower of London. I'll be educating Joey about royalty, so that's been fun."

Talking about Joey's knowledge, Jennie said: "His knowledge was shaky ... shaky would sum it up - but he's a big admirer of the Queen ... (he has a) shaky knowledge of who is who and who does what and there were a number of things that had me in fits of giggles."

On Thursday (21 April), Joey was spotted filming on location outside windsor castle in preparation of the celebration of the Queen's 90th birthday.

Whilst there, he also bumped into Gogglebox stars Sandra Martin and Sandy Channer. We wonder if they'll make a cameo?!

The last instalment of Educating Joey Essex saw Joey grill politicians ahead of the general election in May last year.

At the time, the former TOWIE star even told Reveal what rules he would bring into the country if he were Prime Minister.

"I'd bring in speeding cameras for slow walkers if you walk too slow in shopping centres," he told us. "I'd get all supermarkets to deliver everything. Free haircuts if you get a Joey Essex haircut.

"Every time someone rings you up you'd have to say, 'What are you saying?', and you couldn't say 'hello'. Every year on 29 July, which is my birthday, we'd have a big party, it would be like Christmas but Joey Essex Day."
