Geordie Shore's Ricci Guarnaccio has landed a brand new TV job... and something tells us he's going to have SO much fun filming it!

The reality star is fronting an MTV search for Australia's Ultimate Worldie, which basically involves him hunting the whole of Australia for girls and guys who are out of this world i.e. classy, charming, charismatic and down for a good time.

He'll co-host with Pussycat Dolls star Melody Thornton.

Ricci told Australia's Kyle & Jackie O Show: "We are going to be looking for Australia's Ultimate Worldie. We are going all around Australia, 20 different cities. For males and females. A worldie is someone out of this world who has the looks, charm, personality and is an epic human being who has a bit of everything, really. We are looking for the best of the best."

"They have to have everything. It's not just about looks," he added.

In a statement to Australia's TV Tonight, Ricci added: "I absolutely love Australia and I can't wait to showcase every part of it. I'm on the hunt for worldies and what better place to find them! For me the winner needs to be more than a straight ten, someone who has the banter and the personality to back it up.

"They have to be an overall epic human and I can't wait to join MTV on an adventure to find the Ultimate Worldie!"

Prizes have yet to be announced but Ricci has suggested there could be money and chances to work with MTV on offer.

Ricci has taken part in the search for Australia's Ultimate Worldie before but this year is the first time the competition will be filmed and televised.

Ricci's clearly buzzing to start work on the programme, tweeting: "Broke records with GeordieShore & ExOnTheBeach now it's time for my very own show with MTV! 'Australia's Ultimate WORLDIE' filming June. Full day of radio, press, interviews and photoshoots finally finished! Thankyou to everyone for msgs and tweets buzzing to start filming."
