Earlier this year, Charlotte revealed she had undergone corrective surgery on her nose to remove a bump that she had grown conscious of. She later shared before and after following the op and told fans she now "feels so much more confident" after having it done.
Kyle has revealed he too decided to undergo surgery on his nose, after seeing Charlotte's new look. He told the Mail Online: "Charlotte's is f**king incredible. If you look at it from the side, it's amazing."
Hoping to transform his look in the same way, Kyle opted to have the surgery done by the same surgeon as Charlotte, Dr Hassan of Elite Surgical.
Kyle revealed having his nose done is something he has wanted since he was younger. The reality star explained: "When I was younger I broke [my nose] messing with my brother and it was always crooked and broken, it looked like I'd always been fighting and I looked like a thug."
"When I got a bit older, grew my hair and looked a bit more presentable, I decided I've got the money, I can get it done because it was always an insecurity."
As well as opting for cosmetic work on his nose, Kyle also revealed he has had a hair transplant too, as his hairline is another of his insecurities.
Explaining it is an issue that is present throughout his family, Kyle claimed he was from a "long line of bald lads." While he said his brother resorted to shaving his hair off when he was teen, Kyle didn't want to rid himself of his tresses.
"I wasn't losing my hair," he insisted. "I wanted my hairline changed because it's always been a bit far back."
Having already undergone the procedures, Kyle is yet to show off his overhauled image on social media.
His decision to go under the knife comes after he quit Geordie Shore last year. During filming for series eleven of the reality show, Kyle was forced to leave early after splitting with his then girlfriend Holly Hagan.
Their break up made things complicated for the pair, as they still had to live with each other, and the rest of the house grew tired of their constant rows. Holly and Kyle were given an ultimatum: one of them had to leave. Kyle chose to go and he later confirmed he would not be returning to Geordie Shore. At the time, he decided to focus on his family instead, as his granddad had fallen ill.
Fans of Geordie Shore will see Kyle return, however, as he reunited with Holly and his former co-stars to film the show's five year anniversary special. He joined a whole host of returning castmembers including James Tindale, Ricci Guarnaccio and Sophie Kasaei.
Kyle has also filmed a brand new show with former flame Holly for MTV, Car Crash Couples. It's set to air next week and will follow Holly and Kyle as they race across Europe, against four other American couples, just two weeks after breaking up.
