The unisex range, #HBIC by Tiffany Pollard - which was only released last week - brought together some of Tiffany's most popular phrases throughout her reality show stints over the years.
When news of David's death first broke on Tuesday afternoon, her management said: "Just to confirm @TiffanyPollard is not yet aware of the passing of David Gest. But as her management we have decided to remove certain T-shirts from her range. We also send all our love to David's family at this difficult time."
'David is dead' is in reference to the hysteria caused on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year when Tiffany mistakenly thought David Gest - not David Bowie - had died.
David's ex-wife Angie Bowie had received the news about musician DB and shared it with her housemates. She informed Tiff that "David is dead", which led Tiff to believe it was Gest. Only he was actually in the bedroom sleeping as he had been feeling poorly that day. It caused huge hysteria, panic and meltdowns in the house as Tiff screamed and wailed after thinking her housemate had died.
David, who was an early favourite to win CBB, actually ended up leaving the house early under medical conditions.
It was announced on Tuesday (12 April) that David had passed away aged 62.
The American producer and reality star was found dead in his London hotel room. His cause of death is currently unknown.
His friend and former bodyguard Imad Hand confirmed David's passing.
"It is with great sadness that I can confirm that David Gest has died today," the statement read. "David was truly larger than life. He was not just a huge talent and a dear friend but a showbiz icon.
"I know he will be missed by millions of fans around the world, and particularly in Britain, who came to love his charm and blistering one-liners. If I may steal the words of one eminent critic, David was a natural star and a genuine celebrity. I will miss him desperately."
Sharing her condolences about her former co-star, Tiffany tweeted: "I'm so sad to hear about the passing of #DavidGest. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family..#Rip."
David was actually due to begin a UK tour titled, David Gest is Not Dead, But Alive With Soul, in July, which was named after the CBB mix-up.
