The Royal couple - nicknamed WillKat by the Indian media - arrived at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai on Sunday (10 April) as they kicked off their seven-day trip to India and Bhutan.
After their official welcome, the popular pair paid tribute to the 31 staff and guests who died in the 2008 Mumbai terror attack at the hotel.
They laid a wreath at the memorial to remember the horrific tragedy.
They then visited Oval Maidan park to meet and play cricket with underprivileged children, where they also met cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Dilip Vengsarkar.
Prince William and Kate Middleton then headed to Mumbai's Banganga Water Tank to see the charity work of the Smile foundation.
There, they were given a traditional welcome with flowered garlands, and they scattered petals in the water.
Their busy day ended with a glittering Bollywood charity gala to raise funds for the three charities they met earlier in the day.
Kate naturally looked gorgeous as she went about her official duties, her first royal visit with hubby William in two years.
Beginning the day in an Alexander McQueen Indian-print dress, she later changed into a loose-flowing pink and green dress made by rising Mumbai-based designer Anita Dongre.
So in just one day, mum-of-two Kate has shown she can play football and cricket in wedged heels, befriend just about anyone and look absolutely fabulous while doing so.
Yes, it's official, we love her!
