Ex On The Beach star Megan joined the show last month after being introduced as Pete Wicks' new love interest, and her friendship with best pals Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows.
Former Geordie Shore star Vicky had previously said that while she "loves" Megan and thinks she will be "very good" for the show, she doesn't want it to become "the Megan McKenna show".
Now, Megan has said that the ITVBe reality show could never be focused entirely around her.
"It's never going to be The Megan McKenna show because there's so many strong characters on it and obviously the people on TOWIE are my friends so it's never going to be The Megan McKenna Show," Megan told Mail Online.
"If that's Vicky's opinion, that's her opinion. I'm supportive of what she does, I think she's doing amazing on Loose Women. I did look up to Vicky when she first came on Ex On The Beach, I loved her on Geordie Shore, she was always fiery and good. I hope people like me like that and I did look up to her."
We recently spoke to Megan about her stint on the show, and while she said it wasn't quite permanent yet, she admitted that it is looking likely.
Megan told us: "My life has always been like TOWIE. I suppose it's nothing different, this is just normal for me.
"People have just seen me on other shows but they don't realise that I've been brought up in Essex. I knew everyone before I even came on it, so I've just fitted in really easy because it's just my normal life anyway."
