The former TOWIE star told The Sun on Sunday that she'd had meetings about a film project loosely inspired by her very own life.
Gem explained: "Lots of people have heard my story and said I should make it a movie. I didn't believe them at first but I've actually had meetings with potential filmmakers and it seems like it really could go ahead. It would be inspired by my life."
The 35-year-old has already spilled her life story in autobiography Basically… My Life As a Real Essex Girl, which is a bestseller.
She rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex, first appearing as a supporting player before rising to become of the show's most recognisable faces.
Since then, she's appeared on shows including Splash!, Celebrity Big Brother and, very briefly, I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
Her private life has also provided headlines over the years. As well as being very open about her struggles with her weight, she's been in high profile relationships with TOWIE co-star James 'Arg' Argent and former fiancé Rami Hawesh.
