Proving that the couple's recent drama has taken its toll on her, Charlotte found herself left in tears when host Keith Lemon asked her what was going on with Gary.
Visibly emotional, Charlotte replied: "I don't want to talk about."
Last night (30 March), she had joined former X Factor host Caroline Flack on Gino D'Acampo's team to film for the show's latest episode that airs tonight on ITV2.
As usual, Keith did his quick catch up with the guests before getting started and, naturally, he wanted to ask Charlotte about Gary. The co-stars have been the topic of conversation in the last few months, after rekindling their on/off romance.
Keith said: "What about you and Gaz? That's a Ross and Rachel affair, will they won't they will they won't they. What's the latest?"
At that point, Gino said he thinks Charlotte is "too good" for Gary and Caroline admitted she used to cry when watching Charlotte and Gary break up on Geordie Shore.
Charlotte, meanwhile, began to cry and told Keith she didn't want to talk about Gaz. He asked her if her tears were real, and when Charlotte nodded, he quickly gave the 25-year-old a hug.
Charlotte said: "We're just having a little bit of a bad time."
She didn't divulge any more on the matter, however, as Keith made sure to swiftly move on. He told her: "Don't worry don't worry, it's not a therapy session - let's move on."
Charlotte's tears come after she and Gary have clashed on Twitter.
Signs of trouble between the pair first surfaced when eagle-eyed fans noticed Charlotte had deleted all of her photos with Gaz from Instagram. Reports then claimed he had 'propositioned' another girl during a night out in Nottingham recently, asking her to come back to his hotel room.
At the time, a rep for Gaz assured Reveal there was no "truth" in the claims and Gaz took to Snapchat to set the record straight. He revealed he had invited the girl back to his hotel suite, along with several other people, for an after party with him and his two friends in his hotel suite.
He said: "Technically I've done f**k all wrong, and it's been blown massively out of proportion by everybody else."
However, Charlotte didn't appreciate Gary airing their drama so publicly on Snapchat and hit back at him on Twitter. She claimed Gary 'doesn't really care' about her and slammed the reality star for not phoning her or texting her to sort things out privately.
She tweeted: "Maybe he could of picked up the phone and [explained] it to me while I sat and cried the whole day I found out....or maybe [even] a text would [have] been nice... Really respectful way of treating some[one]."
She also claimed Gary had messed with her head by signing up for the new series of dating show Ex On The Beach. MTV, however, had no comment on this.
Gaz has since responded to Charlotte, although he has since deleted his tweet, and claimed he had wanted to make things official with Charlotte. He said: "Sick of always been made out the bad 1 I was ready you weren't... End of!!"
Charlotte, meanwhile, had previously expressed her reservations about Gary. She admitted she still 'doesn't trust him' because of their history, but recently revealed to fans they both 'do feel ready' to make a go of things.
Celebrity Juice airs tonight Thursday 31 March at 10pm on ITV2.
