Ex-TOWIE star Ferne McCann has admitted she falls in love too easily - and this is just one of many confessions we can expect to come across in her new autobiography, Cross My Heart.

Ferne is releasing her first tell-all book about her life so far and giving fans a sneak peek on Snapchat earlier today, the reality star proved she hasn't changed much from her younger years...

Taking a picture of a page in her new release, Ferne highlighted a sentence that described what she is like when it comes to relationships.

It read: "As we go on in this book you will see a pattern: when I like someone they are automatically 'the one' and I become obsessed, which doesn't always work to my advantage."

She added two emojis to the photo (one of a laughing emoji and one of a monkey with its hands covering its eyes) and wrote across it: "Sneak peek. Nothings changed (sic)."

Oh, Ferne!

Ferne is most well known for her relationship with Charlie Sims.

Ferne is most well known for her relationship with her former co-star Charlie Sims. The pair dated for several years before he shockingly split with Ferne over Twitter in February last year.

Charlie had ended their relationship while publicly quitting TOWIE. He had tweeted: "I wish @Chloe_Sims and @fernemccann the best with their lives, but always live knowing you chose the show. And finally to the @OnlyWayIsEssex... I won't be taking part anymore. It's time to grow up and move on. Wish everyone the best on the show!"

It later emerged that Charlie had give Ferne an 'ultimatum' - him or the show.

Despite their break up, though, Charlie and Ferne have remained good friends and are often seen hanging out together. While Ferne hasn't ruled out a reunion with her ex-beau in the future, she recently revealed she is dating somebody new - a sportsman.

Reports claim Ferne's new man is England footballer Dele Alli, but she is yet to confirm the identity of her mystery man.

Ferne first revealed she was penning an autobiography earlier this month. It was originally titled 100% Me, but has since been changed to Cross My Heart instead.

Ferne told her Twitter followers: "A cheeky last min name change. I cannot wait 4 u all to read 'Cross My Heart' it's honest, all the truth & from the heart."

Ooh! We can't wait to take a look.
