Jodie had shared her annoyance at reality stars turning to the fitness industry, after embarking on their own weight loss journeys. She had targeted Vicky and claimed the 28-year-old 'wouldn't have a clue' when it comes to changing her body.
However, Vicky has now responded to Jodie's comments and slammed the former bodybuilder for 'using her name for publicity.'
Taking to her column with new! magazine, Vicky vented her frustration at the claims and told fans she had always been "really positive" about Jodie and her body transformation over the years, but now her opinion of her has changed.
Vicky wrote: "After hearing [Jodie has] slated me for 'not knowing about fitness and nutrition,' I've changed my opinion. It sounds like Jodie is talking about me to get press. Grow up."
The Geordie Shore favourite claimed that Jodie 'should know better' than to hit out at other celebrities in the press and told the now turned documentary maker: "I'll talk to you face-to-face about health and fitness and you'll see I know as much about it as you do."
Vicky has been heavily focused on her fitness, since embarking on a healthier lifestyle a few years back and dropping from a size 16 to a size 6. Since then, she has been maintaining her svelter figure and has gone on to release her very own fitness DVD, Vicky Pattison's 7 Day Slim, as well as creating her own on demand fitness service, Mini V.
Jodie has not yet responded to Vicky.
