The Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars split last year following nine years together and three young children. It's been widely reported Kourtney pulled the plug on their romance after becoming concerned by Scott's excessive partying.
Whatever happened between them, they have remained friends, as evidenced by a cheeky Snapchat uploaded by the ex-couple this week teasing they would be getting back together. Jokingly, of course.
But when Scott Disick appeared on Australia's Kyle & Jackie O show today, he was asked if a reunion could ever become a reality...
"She's my best friend, I'll love her until the day I day," he said.
"I don't think anything is ever simple. I'm not the first person in the world to get separated from their significant other. We are just trying to make the best of it and life goes on. Things aren't easy, but things are going well right now and I'm just happy we are on good terms at the end of the day."
When pressed if they could get back together, he said: "I never thought a lot of things were going to happen in my life the way that they did. I'm don't really rule anything out. I have no plans in my mind of what's going to happen. If things are meant to be maybe they will be. I really don't know yes or know."
"There are things we both have to work on," he added. "As of yet now, we're at a good place, and I don't think either of us want anymore than where we're at."
