The former TOWIE star had initially planned to release her life story under the title 100% Me but revealed the change this morning to coincide with the book being available for pre-order.
"A cheeky last min name change. I cannot wait 4 u all to read 'Cross My Heart' it's honest, all the truth & from the heart," she said.
A blurb on Amazon.co.uk reads: "In Cross My Heart, Ferne tells her own story in her own words. She lifts the lid on love and heartbreak, the ups and downs behind the scenes of ITV's much loved reality TV show, TOWIE and what really went on in the I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here jungle, the show that was the best thing that ever happened to her. It promises to be candid, moving and, above all, a story told with Ferne's characteristic wit and honesty."
It will be published in hardback and as an eBook on 19 May 19 2016 by Century and will be published in paperback in 2017.
You can pre-order your copy here.
Announcing the work earlier this month, Ferne had said: "I am so thrilled and excited that I've been given the opportunity to publish my autobiography. I have had a roller coaster of a ride since joining TOWIE in 2013, including making the final of I'm a Celebrity, which was truly an experience of a lifetime.
"So much has been written about me and I'm very grateful to have been given the chance to tell my story in my own words. This book is from the heart and 100% me. I can't wait to share it."
Ferne rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex, where the highs and lows of her relationship with now-ex-boyfriend Charlie Sims played out on TV. She finished in third place on I'm A Celebrity at the end of last year, and now works as a showbiz correspondent for This Morning.
TOWIE continues Wednesday at 10pm on ITVBe.
