Megan McKenna has claimed TOWIE co-star Pete Wicks is a "good kisser" but says she's not quite ready to call him her boyfriend yet…

The former Ex On The Beach and Celebrity Big Brother star joined the TOWIE cast this series, being introduced as Pete's love interest.

Speaking to Daily Star today, she said she'd been chatting with Pete since last year – before CBB - and she's happy with how their romance is progressing, even if they're not quite at the boyfriend/girlfriend stage yet.

She said: "We're taking it slowly and doing the whole dating thing but I'm really happy with how it's going.

"I wouldn't call him my boyfriend yet, but I wouldn't say I was single. Neither of us are talking to anyone else and we're happy to carry on with how things are."

Megs also gave this cheeky bit of gossip: Pete's a good snogger!

"We've had a few snogs and he's a good kisser," she divulged. "And that's very important - guys have to be a good kisser!"

While things are going well for Megan and Pete, she hasn't had the smoothest start to her TOWIE career. She recently said she'd heard Tommy Mallet and Dan Edgar may have a problem with her but she doesn't know why.

"I've heard that maybe Tommy and Dan have a problem with me. I don't really know why and I'm a bit confused. I do think it's a bit unfair that they're saying Pete has changed when he really hasn't.

"I haven't made Pete change. He's just found a girl who he gets on with and I really get on with him. I don't see where the problem is there."

Megan added: "I think a lot of the boys feel they don't really know me that much because I haven't really been hanging out with the whole group but because I've heard things and they're saying Pete has changed because of me, that's not really welcoming, so maybe if they were a bit more welcoming then I'd feel like I want to hang out with them a bit more."

TOWIE continues Wednesday at 10pm on ITVBe.
