It's fair to say things have seemed pretty awkward between the pair, ever since Gaz started dating Charlotte again and revealed his break up with Lillie was stemmed by his relationship with his co-star.
In recent weeks, the girls have appeared to dig each other out and taking to Twitter recently, Charlotte appeared to take another swipe at Gary's former flame.
Charlotte had tweeted: "Didn't realise well established HIGHLY THOUGHT of talent agency's started taking any Tom dick and Harry's on... Talk about lowering standards."
The 25-year-old's tweet comes after Lillie announced she has signed to The Can Group and yesterday, the model tweeted that she was meeting with the agency for dinner.
Lillie's addition to Can was first revealed last month, with Gary appearing to mock his ex on hearing the news. Lillie had been described by the agency as a 'Fashion Designer, Model and Social Media Star', leading Gary to tweet: ""Social media star" wow man this is getting embarrassing."
Like they did with Gaz, fans were quick to link Lillie to Charlotte's latest tweet.
One user gave their thoughts on who the tweet was about, commenting: "Garys ex I think." Another jumped to Lillie's defence, tweeting Charlotte to say: "@Charlottegshore bit harsh! She's never really done anything wrong, just because she was with gaz?!?!"
Lillie, meanwhile, hasn't responded.
Charlotte's tweet comes after she appeared to slam Lillie in a new video she has posted to her YouTube channel.
In it, she and Holly Hagan are watching back the first episode of Geordie Shore, sharing their thoughts on all the action. When Gary told the camera he was 'still in a relationship and loving it', Charlotte shouted at the screen: "Well that's a lie... I'm going to text him right now and say, 'You were loving it were ya? That's not what you were telling me...'"
In another scene, Gary had commented on how Holly changed when she was dating her ex Kyle Christie, sparking Charlotte to hit back: "Shut up Gary, the way she was before was absolutely fine. She was fun, she had a laugh. Just because you were used to being around frigid boring b*tches..."
Lillie, meanwhile, appeared to target Charlotte on Twitter with a recent cryptic tweet of her own. It read: "Think it's really sad how obsessed people are about how they look but then forget that it's your Character that makes you attractive..."
Her tweet came after Charlotte and her Geordie Shore co-stars made headlines thanks to their cosmetic work.
Reports had suggested Charlotte, Holly Hagan, Marnie Simpson and Chloe Ferry had spent over £20,000 in total on altering their looks. The girls have since denied this.
One follower asked Lillie: "You referring to @Charlottegshore???"
