Since winning Celebrity Big Brother, Scott has had us completely confused when it comes to his relationship status. While he has insisted he is 'single', pictures of him kissing former Miss Newcastle Francesca and their Valentine's Day date together suggests otherwise.
However, Scott is reluctant to put a label on their relationship and has claimed things are purely 'casual' between the pair. He has said he thinks it would be unfair to make things official between them, but if he wasn't constantly filming and travelling, Francesca would be his girlfriend.
Speaking to the Mail Online, Scotty admitted: "Don't get me wrong, if I wasn't in this position I would be with her. But we get on so well the way we are."
Scott previously dismissed reports he is in a relationship, explaining he and Francesca are seeing each other, but they are not completely together. He has ruled out an official romance due to the nature of his work and his reputation on Geordie Shore.
He had said: "It's not fair for me to be in a relationship because I am always away. If I want a girlfriend I want to be able to spend every day with... Once you put a brand and get into a relationship that's when things turn sour."
"At the end of the day, I am not going to have a relationship where I go to her, 'I'm back on Sunday, oh and by the way I'm away again all of next week and then I'm going away without my mobile phone.' I don't want a relationship like that," he claimed.
Reiterating the same sentiment, Scott added in his latest interview: "If I go on a public appearance and girls want a kiss and [for example] I'll kiss them on the lips - people will say that's 'cheating.' It would be harder if we're in a relationship. Just keep it the way it is and there's no drama."
So, Scott is dating, but he is definitely single. Got it?
