And we've had A LOT to get invested in over the years, with 61 different dates happening across 200 episodes in 17 series. Wow.
As The Only Way Is Essex celebrates its 200th episode on 13th March, the producers have been rounding up some pretty cool and impressive facts about everyone's favourite Essex-based reality show.
So, for all the romantics out there, here we go...
TOWIE has featured 61 dates over the last six years. The first was Amy Childs and Kirk Norcross way back in series one, episode four. Remember? He took her to the zoo... where she mixed up the rhino and elephants, and fit in with the animals by dressing in plenty of prints!
The most recent date was in episode 197; Chloe Meadows and Mike Hassini's double date with Chris Clark and Courtney Green. Maybe not the best of ones for poor Chris, who later found out Courtney would have preferred to be going out with James 'Lockie' Lock that night.
As for the most prolific daters, those honours go to Lauren Pope and Tom Pearce.
Lauren was a castmember since series one, leaving last year, so perhaps it's so surprise viewers saw her on six different dates during her time on the show: Kirk Norcross, Tom Pearce, Mario Falcone, Lewis Bloor and two with Dan Edgar.
For the men, it was Tom P who takes top honours, racking up eight dates across his nine series on the show: Lauren P, Lauren Goodger, two with Abi Clarke, Lucy Mecklenburgh, Fran Parman, Grace Andrews and George Harrison.
If you want to rewatch the series with the most dates, find yourself series 16, which had eight separate dates across its run including that amazing Helicopter Ride On The First Date moment between Ferne McCann and Liam Blackwell! They went on three dates during the series, while Jess Wright and Pete Wicks, and Danielle Armstrong and Lockie had two each.
Nicole Bass and Lewis Bloor had one that series.
And if you want to know which TOWIE star had the most dates in one series, that would be Jasmin Walia, who went out with James 'Arg' Argent, Kirk Norcross and Charlie King in one series.
TOWIE continues Wednesday at 10pm on Wednesday
