It's no secret that Vicks has a jam packed schedule, from penning novels to voicing her opinion on the Loose Women panel then heading straight to showbiz bashes - just thinking about it all makes us want to take a nap.
It turns out that the whirlwind lifestyle almost led the Geordie Shore star to a breakdown last year, after she spent up to 22 hours a day (!) shooting Judge Geordie before jetting to Mexico to film Ex on the Beach - which as viewers will know was anything but a relaxing beach break for Vicky when she was faced with exes and romance dramas from day one.
Speaking to the Daily Star she said: "Everyone who was working on Judge was worried I was heading for a breakdown because I was working too hard - simple as that.
"We were filming the show five days a week and on the other two days I was doing PAs, working on my first novel 'All That Glitters', doing press days and photo shoots and anything else that came my way. I was crying all the time. I wasn't sleeping properly - if at all - and I was exhausted."
The lack of sleep and exhaustion meant that by the time the cameras started rolling and the EOTB antics kicked off, Vicks felt "delirious".
She explained: "I had no balance in my life. I was careering towards a meltdown and it happened the minute I arrived at Ex on the Beach."
Vicky explained she broke down off camera and ended up crying her eyes out in front of the crew - proving that the dating reality show is stressful even behind the scenes.
Following her near burn-out from trying to juggle so many things at once, Vicky turned to life coaches and therapists The Speakmans, who helped her turn things around.
In fact, the life changing duo are still around to guide Vicky, most recently attempting to curb the I'm A Celeb Queen's love of drinking gin and tonics by changing her perception of the tipple.
Instead of seeing a G&T, Vicky now views the drink as a glass of vomit...nice.
