TOWIE star Chloe Lewis looked oh-so-gorgeous while attending a celebrity event in Essex last night.

We're used to seeing the reality favourite in pretty pastels on the red carpet but she completely switched it up on Monday evening, stepping out in head-to-toe black.

Chloe teamed wide legged trousers with a black jacket as she attended The Apprentice winner Dr Leah Totton's Skin Clinic event in Chigwell alongside co-star Kate Wright and former TOWIE stars Amy Childs and Frankie Essex.

The latest series of TOWIE kicked off on Sunday evening in Gran Canaria, although Chloe stayed home in Essex with boyfriend Jake Hall.

As always, there was plenty of drama… some surrounding Chloe after co-star Lewis Bloor gave an interview claiming to have kissed her and Kate.

That annoyed Jake and Kate's boyfriend Dan Edgar, as they said Lewis didn't give any context. The kisses actually happened way, way back (Chloe was 16) but they told Lewis he made it sound as if they'd happened recently.

Jake talks about Lewis' confession to kissing Chloe

Jake said: "He kissed Chloe when she as 16. How could you een bring something like that up? For me, he was sitting there all smug, like he was some sort of bad guy player. He's an idiot. I can't remember who I kissed at 16."

Chloe, meanwhile, joked that Lewis had been "one of the frogs" she'd had to kiss before she found her Prince Charming in Jake.

Lewis later apologised, saying: "I swear to God, I mean this, we've all been friends for a long time. Bottom line, I hadn't thought about the consequences and mean no disrespect for what I've done. I'm just sorry. There's not much I can say apart from it was an error in judgment, I said something I thought was fairly innocent but it's bigger than what I thought it was."
