Pop star Gaga, who wore a white trouser-frock mashup to the 88th Annual Academy Awards, arrived with Chicago Fire actor Taylor and the pair engaged in a little PDA.
Looking every inch the perfect couple, Gaga and Taylor proudly stood side-by-side as they posed for photographers.
'Bad Romance' singer Gaga also shared another photo of her and Taylor - who she got engaged to on Valentine's Day last year - sharing a kiss backstage.
Referencing her ordeal at being raped at the age of 19, she commended her fiancé for always standing by her.
She captioned the photo: "I never thought anyone would ever love me because I felt like my body was ruined by my abuser. But he loves the survivor in me. He's stood by me all night proud and unashamedly. THAT'S a real man."
Gaga took to the stage at the prestigious awards ceremony and brought the audience to tears with a stripped back yet powerful performance.
Performing the Oscar-nominated song 'Til It Happens to You," Gaga was joined on stage by a group of survivors who had suffered sexual assault.
The song was written for documentary The Hunting Ground tackling the issue of rape in university campuses.
