The TOWIE matriarch told ITV's Loose Women that she didn't think kids would happen anytime soon as the couple are so busy, but she'll be happy if they do decide to start a family.
"They will do," she said.
"I think they're just so busy at the minute. When the time is right, the time is right. I love kids and babies. There is no mum that can't say they don't want to be a grandmother."
As for what she'd be called, she said Granny Carol, as Nanny was already taken by the beloved late Nanny Pat.
Mark spoke about kids during his own appearance on the show earlier this month, saying it was TOWIE star and cousin Elliott Wright who inadvertently caused his mum Carol to get on the baby bandwagon.
"My auntie Debbie is in the audience today. She's the first of the aunties to become a grandmother with Elliott's kids. She told my mum every day that being a grandmother is much better than being a mum so now my mum is on our case. Hurry up and make it happen! I want to be a nan!"
He jokingly added: "I think I have got about another year or two and then I'll have to do it."
