There's been SO MUCH news about X Factor today following the confirmation that Caroline Flack and Olly Murs have both quit as co-presenters. Of course, now everyone wants to know just who will replace them!
While presenting the showbiz news on ITV's This Morning today, Rylan was asked by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby about rumours his name is in the hat to present.
So, would he do it?
"Do you know what? I come from X Factor, it's the show I started on," he replied.
"I love the show, of course I would go back. But obviously I have no intention of leaving Big Brother. I love my job there."
He added: "There are a lot of people in the frame. Emma [Willis]'s name has come up, mine has, Dermot [O'Leary]. Whoever ends up doing that job has to be a fan of the show. These shows don't work if it's someone who isn't into the show or doesn't have time for it.
"Dermot was on my series. The one thing I love about Dermot is off-camera, he would come down before the live shows to the hotel, took us out for drinks to get to know us."
But back to Rylan – has he been contacted about X Factor?!
He coyly replied: "I swear I haven't had a phone call! Well, I've had many phone calls but depends who from!"
The presenting team isn't the only thing that will be changing for the next series of X Factor: judge Nick Grimshaw has also confirmed he's left the show so we'll have at least one new face on the panel this year.
