The Irish model poured out his emotions on Twitter on Saturday night (20 February), saying he'd been a "mug" and was "heartbroken".
He wrote: "I have been the biggest mug. I'm sorry for the people who tried to warn me. But you live and learn. Onwards and upwards."
He later added on Facebook that he feels "heartbroken."
Jeremy said: "Feel like the biggest mug now. I went with what I felt at the time and will live and learn from this. Heartbroken."
However, all messages have since been deleted.
Fans were quick to assume this means the end of his relationship with actress Stephanie.
One said: "Hope they haven't broke up before they even started."
Another described the messages as a "publicity stunt", while others thought his accounts had been hacked.
A newly-blonde Steph seemed to respond to the drama with her own message on Sunday morning, saying: "Why is everyone so concerned with people's lives and making a story??..... Don't get it at all... Hate all that shit! Leave me alone."
Jeremy and former Hollyoaks star Steph fell for each other in the Celebrity Big Brother house earlier this year, despite her boyfriend Sam Reece waiting for her on the outside.
Just days ago, the pair were seen shopping for jewellery together, where Jeremy bought the former Hollyoaks actress a diamond ring.
They have also revealed their plans to move in together.
The couple are due to make their first joint TV interview on Monday's Loose Women.
If they HAVE split up, that could be a tad awkward...
