TOWIE's Arg bowed out of the competition last week after finding out his jump wasn't as good as his fellow celeb competitors, but he had a bit of luck on his side a few days later when he was called back to the competition to replace Linford Christie.
Former Olympic sprinter Linford had to pull out of Channel 4's winter sports show after suffering from a hamstring injury.
On Sunday's show (4 February), Arg failed to beat Sarah Harding in the parallel slalom, and when it came to the air jump - in which a previous recorded attempt was used because adverse weather conditions meant the celebs couldn't jump live - Arg's score wasn't high enough to stay.
On finding out he was going home, Arg shouted: "I'm going back to Essex!"
Taking to Instagram, Arg said: "Thanks for everyone's love & support! I was lucky to be welcomed back & tried my best but it was my time to go now! #TheJump @channel4 x."
Arg will soon return home to Essex to be reunited with his family and his girlfriend Lydia Bright. Lydia's mum, Debbie Douglas, tweeted: "To the boy who gave it his absolute most @RealJamesArgent you were amazing, kept us all entertained. Hurry home we all miss you #TheJump."
