Olympic gold medallist Rebecca was forced to pull out of The Jump after a nasty fall that left her with a dislocated shoulder.
At the time, the mum-of-one had said the pain she endured was "worse than childbirth", but judging by her latest Instagram, Rebecca now seems to be on the mend.
She revealed she recently underwent surgery on her shoulder to kickstart her recovery. The 26-year-old posted a photo of herself after her op, sporting a sling to support her shoulder. Rebecca told fans alongside the snap: "Shoulder surgery all done and went well. Thank you for everyone's support and messages. Means a lot to me xx."
Prior to her surgery, Rebecca had admitted she was a little apprehensive about having it done, but she was looking forward to repairing her shoulder.
Writing on her personal blog, she said: "It was just so devastating to have to leave [The Jump] with an injury. Everyone's been brilliant though and so supportive – the physios and producers and everyone working on the show out there have been really good.
"It's been hard seeing some of the other guys on The Jump getting injured too but I know they're all being well looked after. It's been really unlucky this year with lots of us getting hurt, but everyone's injuries are different and weren't caused in the same way. I just hope they all get well soon and make a quick recovery.

News of Rebecca's injury first surfaced at the end of last month. Reports revealed the GB athlete had suffered an accident on the slopes, after a ski jump went wrong.
Rebecca addressed her injury on the opening episode of Channel 4's winter sports competition, telling host Davina McCall: "What people didn't see in the edited footage is that I was lying there with a dislocated shoulder for 40 minutes. It was worse than childbirth and it's still horrible now because people keep knocking my arm."
She was later forced to pull out of the competition along with Beth Tweddle.
Gymnast Beth had to be airlifted to hospital after falling during training. She has since undergone surgery to fuse fractured vertebrae in her neck and her parents have revealed she has taken her first steps since the op.
Tina Hobley, Mark-Francis Vandelli and Linford Christie have too quit the show due to injury. The celebrities' exits have seen viewers take to Twitter to criticise The Jump for being too dangerous, calling for it to be axed.
However, a spokesperson from Channel 4 has assured they are doing all they can to tighten safety protocols: "All contributors have undertaken a rigorous training programme to prepare them for the show.
"All winter sports carry some element of risk, but in light of the number of injuries this year, Channel 4 has asked the producers to review safety procedures again to further reduce the prospect of accident."
Former stars of The Jump have since spoken out in defence of the show.
Ola Jordan claimed: "My accident could have happened on holiday if I had gone skiing for four days. You sign up for a dangerous show and that's one of the things [that might happen].
"It was my fault. It was a silly injury. I signed up for it, nobody pushed me to it. I knew it was a dangerous show and that's one of the risks you take."
She also praised the show for the care she received following her injury.
Channel 4 have since confirmed Joe Swash and Miss Great Britain Zara Holland are now in Austria and are 'undergoing assessment' to see if they be drafted in as replacements.
TOWIE star James Arg Argent, who was actually second to be eliminated from The Jump, has confirmed he has now been reinstated to replace Linford.
Arg told fans: "The legend @ChristieLinford has passed on the Baton to me & I can proudly confirm Im returning to #TheJump @Channel4 IM BACK BABY."
