The former basketball star was a surprise attendee at Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 runway, held at Madison Square Garden on Thursday (11 February).
Lamar, 36, has not been seen in public since his collapse in Nevada on 13 October. He was found unresponsive at a brothel and later placed on life support. He was in a coma and suffered kidney failure and several strokes, according to reports.
He was transported to a hospital in LA from Las Vegas, where he continued to receive treatment. At one stage, Khloe said he was having to learn how to walk and feed himself again.
She told ABC News in January: "It was really scary. I know when we got to the hospital in Vegas, we were told, you know, there's only a few hours to live and had to make decisions but he's a fighter and obviously he's here now and he's out of the hospital. That's a long stay. Almost four months in the hospital but he's doing great. It will be a long journey but as long as he's willing to fight it and constantly better himself that's all I could ask for."
So fans will be thrilled at the fact Lamar walked into the Yeezy fashion show yesterday looking happy and healthy, with Khloe by his side.
A source told People magazine: "For Lamar, it's very important that he keeps regaining his old life. This will motivate him so he is able to keep focusing and work hard…
"Khloé is nothing but protective of Lamar. She would never jeopardize his health. It's very exciting that Lamar is getting back into his old world. No one deserves it more."
In the wake of Lamar's collapse and coma, Khloe withdrew active divorce proceedings to focus on his care and remain his medical decision maker. However, she has said it doesn't mean they're getting back together; they're just friends.
Khloe and Lamar married in September 2009 after a one-month courtship but split in 2013 following allegations that Lamar had been unfaithful."
