Stephanie spoke to CBB host Emma Willis about her love triangle with Jeremy and her now ex-boyfriend Sam Reece after being declared this year's runner-up.
The former Hollyoaks actress, 22, said: "I've never been truly in love before, I should've said it sooner, as the days went on I fell more and more."
She added: "A few years ago I got really badly treated, I was just happy and accepting the love I got given.
"Sam broke my heart, he admitted that. Jez came along and he just made me feel like I've never felt before. He's the best person I've ever met. Jeremy has made me feel that self-worth again.
"Beforehand I was in love with the idea of being loved."
Stephanie had been dating model Sam for more than a year but, within days of entering the CBB house, she began growing close to Irish hunk Jeremy.
Although initially passing it off as friendship, Stephanie had soon told Jeremy that it was true love.
When Jeremy was evicted, Stephanie broke down in tears. She has since claimed Sam will understand why she fell for the Irish model.
Meanwhile, since he left the CBB house, Jeremy has apologised to Sam.
He addressed the First Dates star during an interview on ITV's This Morning and revealed he was 'sorry for the way things had worked out.'
Jeremy had admitted that if he had been in Sam's situation, he would have been gutted, but he doesn't regret getting romantically involved with Stephanie.
When Rylan Clark-Neal asked if he had any regrets, Jez replied: "Not at this stage. It's a really tough question because it's like being caught between a rock and a hard place. The situation with Steph and the boyfriend, of course, even Stevie Wonder could see it's a bad thing to do.
"I still went with my feelings. Of course I feel bad for Sam, any lad would feel bad, I'm not laughing about it," he insisted.
He has since revealed he has a "hotel room lined up for Stephanie. We can't wait to see how this plays out now they're on the outside!
It's definitely been a series to remember - thanks to romances, mega arguments and diva blow-dries - and the drama has certainly made headlines.
TOWIE star Gemma Collins just missed out on a place in tonight's final, leaving Darren Day, Danniella Westbrook, Scotty T, John Partridge, Stephanie Davis and Tiffany Pollard all fighting for the winner's title.
John Partridge was first to go, followed by Danniella Westbrook, Tiffany Pollard and then Darren Day.
Stephanie added: "It's been the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my whole entire life. I don't know how I'm here.
"If CBB taught me anything, it's expect the unexpected."
