Speaking to The Daily Star, the Irish model revealed: "I have a room ready in the hotel after the show to spend some time with her."
Jeremy gushed: "I'm dying to see her. I love her. She deserves to win and is a beautiful, smart girl."
Jeremy is hoping that Stephanie will beat Tiffany Pollard, Danniella Westbrook, John Partridge, Scotty T and Darren Day to the CBB crown and he has been publicly urging fans to vote for his new flame on social media.
During his time in the house, he struck up a romance with Stephanie, despite the former Hollyoaks star initially arriving with a boyfriend, Sam Reece.
While Jeremy had made it clear his feelings for Steph were more than friendship, viewers saw her struggle to come to terms with the way she felt about him. At one point, Stephanie suggested she was substituting Sam with Jeremy because she needed the affection, but the 22-year-old later revealed she was 'falling in love' with her housemate.
Stephanie had been criticised for pursuing a romance with Jeremy while in a relationship, however, during Gillian McKeith's detox task, she declared she needed to be single - suggesting her relationship with Sam is now over.
Stephanie had said she now knows Sam wasn't the right guy for her.
Sam, meanwhile, seemed to suggest he had already split with Stephanie. He liked a tweet that was posted by a fan, claiming he had already dumped Steph.
Throughout the series, Sam has stayed relatively silent as Steph and Jeremy's relationship unfolded onscreen. He did, however, publicly withdraw his support from Stephanie on Twitter earlier into the show, but insisted he needed to speak with her face-to-face when she gets out.
Since he left the CBB house, Jeremy has apologised to Sam.
He addressed the First Dates star during an interview on ITV's This Morning and revealed he was 'sorry for the way things had worked out.'
Jeremy had admitted that if he had been in Sam's situation, he would have been gutted, but he doesn't regret getting romantically involved with Stephanie.
When Rylan Clark-Neal asked if he had any regrets, Jez replied: "Not at this stage. It's a really tough question because it's like being caught between a rock and a hard place. The situation with Steph and the boyfriend, of course, even Stevie Wonder could see it's a bad thing to do.
"I still went with my feelings. Of course I feel bad for Sam, any lad would feel bad, I'm not laughing about it," he insisted.
