Ahead of tonight's live final, housemates have been reflecting on their time in the CBB house and picking both their highs and their lows for the series.
Looking back at her journey, Stephanie admits CBB has been a "rollercoaster" for her, picking the night she spent alone with Jeremy in Gillian McKeith's toxic room as one of her favourite moments...
Why? She claims that was the night she realised how much she likes the Irish model.
Discussing her highs, Stephanie told the group the biggest one for her is reaching the final - despite the drama surrounding her and her relationship with Jeremy.
Stephanie had originally came into the house with a boyfriend, Sam Reece, but after forming a close bond with Jeremy, realised her heart lies elsewhere.
She said: "A high for me... obviously getting to the final. After all that rollercoaster, which I'm completely cried out from, I'm in the final.
"It's made me build myself back up again and made me think I must be doing something right. The phone call from my dad was a big, big moment for me in my life, especially... and I like the night I spent [in the toxic room] with Jez and we just had one-on-one time."
"That was the realisation and the moment that I knew, he is the guy for me," she revealed.
Stephanie had made headlines after falling for Jeremy, despite dating Sam. At first, she shrugged off any suggestions of a romance with Jez, but viewers soon watched her begin to struggle with her feelings towards him.
She has since said she realises she now needs to be single and that Sam wasn't right for her, and Stephanie has shared her hopes that things will work out with Jeremy following the show.
Sam, meanwhile, has stayed silent on Stephanie's relationship with Jez - only dismissing claims he and Steph had planned her flirtations with Jeremy for publicity.
Speaking with her housemates, Stephanie also admitted her biggest low in the house was when Jeremy was evicted. She added: "My lows, I've had a lot of lows... Probably when Jez left because we were like that. He was my right arm, so it was hard when he went. I thought, 'What do I do now?'"
In the latest press conference task, viewers watched Stephanie ask Megan McKenna (who briefly returned to the house) if Jeremy was waiting for her on the outside. Megan replied: "100 percent."
She had described living without him as 'torture', before telling Tiffany she knew she and Jeremy were going to get together when she first met him.
Stephanie claimed: "I thought 'Oh s**t I'm in trouble! This is going to be hard!' It was instant."
Since leaving the house, Jeremy has continued to support Stephanie on social media and recently revealed he will be waiting for her at tonight's final.
Gushing about the former Hollyoaks star he told The Daily Star: "I will be there tonight and I'm dying to see her. I love her. She deserves to win and is a beautiful, smart girl."
