CBB star Tiffany Pollard has now apologised to Angie Bowie for that *huge* misunderstanding where she mistook David Gest to be dead instead of David Bowie.

Angie had been informed of the passing of her ex-husband and relaying the information to Tiffany, Tiff had presumed she was talking about David Gest and caused chaos in the CBB house.

As she gears up for tonight's CBB final, the US reality star has reflected on her time in the house and admits misunderstanding Angie has been her 'lowest point' on the show.

She explained: "My lowest point is when I misunderstood Ange and I mistook David Gest's death for David Bowie's. That was a low point because I couldn't comfort her, I was so angry."

"We never got a chance to really talk about that, so that was hard," Tiffany admitted. "Obviously, I apologise now Ange for your loss."

Tiffany had become hysterical after thinking Angie had told her David Gest had died. When explaining her ex-husband David Bowie had passed away, Angie had simply said: "David's dead."

Tiffany's reaction led to much confusion and drama with the other housemates and she became angry after learning Angie had actually meant David Bowie, not her housemate David.

David Gest had actually been in the bedroom sleeping.

The house appeared to turn against Tiffany in the fallout that happened afterwards, with some even threatening to leave if Tiffany didn't. Gemma Collins had asked Tiff to apologise to Angie, but, at the time, she had refused.

Following the episode airing, many celeb viewers had described the mix-up as "awkward" and "uncomfortable."

Ex-housemate Jonathan Cheban claimed 'David Bowie's passing was turned into a joke', while Angie said she was a 'moron' to have trusted Tiffany with the news.

David Gest, meanwhile, said he thought the house were completely 'nuts.'

He had told Rylan Clark-Neal: "I heard them all screaming and I thought, this is ridiculous because Angie had told John and I if she was going to tell anybody she would come to us first so we would be aware, and we'd get everyone together and they would know the truth. Instead, she thought I was dead!"
