Earlier today, George told fans he had something important to share with them, before discussing his sexuality, and the fact that he has had boyfriends in the past, in a candid YouTube video.
Celebs have since flooded the Union J singer with support, and doing the same, Jorgie shared a heartfelt message about her I'm A Celebrity campmate on Instagram.
The Hollyoaks star shared a photo of herself and George in the jungle. Alongside her post, she wrote the caption: "This beautiful man @georgeshelley gave me the reason not to quit the jungle!! He was my strength in there and I'm so proud how strong u are from wen we sat around that camp fire."
"Such a beautiful heart," she added. "Love u forever x x."
Jorgie's tribute to George comes after he surprised fans by sharing a video about his sexuality. He revealed that since being in the jungle he has been on a 'personal journey' and is now 'a little bit less scared' to publicly open up when it comes to his relationships.
Getting real honest, George said: "I went into the jungle and it gave me a lot of time to reflect on what's important to me, and what is important to me is that I can be myself, and that I don't feel I should hide anything.
"So…here it is. I've been reading a lot of speculation about my sexuality online, as to whether I'm straight or gay or bi, and it's all these labels, and it's a little bit old fashioned. This is why I'm not going to label it myself, because it's not something I feel I can label.
"I've had girlfriends, that I've loved, they've been amazing periods of my life. But I've also had boyfriends. And I just want you to know that whether I decide to be with a girl next or be with a guy next, it's because I love them. It shouldn't be a big deal."
"I don't want to be scared anymore," he added. "I've not changed. I'm still me."
Shortly after sharing his video on social media, George was inundated with compliments from fans about opening up and his jungle pals Vicky Pattison and Ferne McCann were quick to gush about him too.
Vicky said: "Love is love.... Let's celebrate it, whatever form it comes in it is beautiful. @georgeshelley I applaud your strength, courage and honesty."
While Ferne, who was actually romantically linked to George following their time in camp, commented: "Feeling very proud of my lil jungle fwend today 'happiness is letting go of what you think life is supposed to look like & celebrating it for everything that it is' I love you bubs @georgeshelley."
