The former TOWIE star was given a test by Big Brother in the house two weeks after growing concerned that she could be expecting, as she was feeling ill and having what Tiffany Pollard described as early pregnancy signs.
It was negative.
But speaking to Daily Star after her eviction last night, Gemma said: "If I was pregnant I would've been over the moon. So sadly I'm not pregnant, but watch this space."
It would have been boyfriend Stephen Mortimer's baby.
He wasn't able to be at the Borehamwood studios for last night's eviction, as he recently returned to prison to serve a 28-day sentence after being accused of breaching the terms of a previous release licence.
At the time, he told The Sun: "I'm upset I can't be there as she walks out of the CBB house but I've waited for her, she can wait two weeks for me!'
Gemma had confided in US reality star Tiffany about her pregnancy concerns, telling her: "I am 100 per cent pregnant. I know it. I know it. I know I am. I am excited but nervous as well. I know my belly when I'm fat, I'm used to it, but this is something different. I am having a baby. I know I am. I'm scared."
CBB continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
