Fans of the starlet had been rooting for Jess and Pete Wicks to finally make a go of their on/off romance, and while we thought there was a chance, the pair later revealed they didn't quite become boyfriend and girlfriend in the end.
However, Jess has said her love life has been "exciting" since and while there have been "potential guys" waiting to sweep her off her feet, she's taking her time to find Mr Right.
Opening up to the Mail Online, Jess teased: "In terms of my love life, it's always exciting. There's always potential guys, but I'm really, really waiting for the right one."
She explained: "I don't want to rush into anything and settle down with someone for the sake of it or on a whim. I genuinely am happy living on my own and being independent.
"My career is the main thing at the moment and it would take someone quite special to make me settle down."
"I'm not necessarily in a rush," she claimed. "But I think I am ready to settle down now. Last year I went on loads of holidays with the girls and had so much fun.... I had a ball, but now I feel like it would be the right time to settle down."

When it does come to finding 'The One', Jess has revealed she won't settle for anything less than a relationship similar to what her younger brother Mark Wright has with his wife Michelle Keegan.
Mark had proposed to Michelle, nine months after meeting her in 2013, and the couple married in front of family and friends in May last year.
Gushing about her brother's relationship, Jess said: "They've got a lovely relationship and he's very happy. I'm just so happy that he's found that in Michelle. Eventually, one day, I'm sure I'll find something similar."
She also added that Take Me Out: The Gossip presenter Mark is "obviously going to miss" Michelle while she is away filming in South Africa for BBC drama Our Girl.
Michelle landed the role of Corporal Georgie Lane in a new five-part series and has said she is going to find it difficult being away from her husband. She admitted: "It's going to be tough not being with Mark. Being away from home for a long time is a first for me."
Her working trip to South Africa comes after Michelle recently dismissed rumours she is pregnant. Fans had speculate the actress was expecting, however, Michelle has insisted that is not the case.
She recently confirmed: "I'm not pregnant. I get asked all the time... I've been married for a year now so people are going to ask."
