Uh-oh, could the 2016 series of Britain's Got Talent be the last one hosted by Ant and Dec?!

The presenters have revealed their time fronting shows with ITV could be coming to an end, meaning our Friday and Saturday nights will quite possibly never be the same.

Ant and Dec signed a 10-year contract with the channel back in 2006, so if you do the maths, this year is officially the last before it runs out, and the pair have already admitted they're considering other options.

Speaking to The Mirror about their future, the Geordie double-act said: "We're not sure, because it's the last year we're contracted for. We'll have to see. It's been 10 great years. Well, nine great years - we're hoping the 10th will be just as good as the rest!

"There's no reason why we should leave, but let's do this series first and make it a good'un."

So the pressure is really on all those talented contestants taking the Britain's Got Talent stage this time round - will the series be enough to keep Ant and Dec at the helm?! Better get practising.

A spokesperson for ITV seemed confident that the I'm A Celebrity presenters will stick around though, saying: "We have a fantastic, long-standing relationship with Ant and Dec and we are looking forward to that continuing well into the future."

Fingers crossed!
