Throughout their time together on CBB, Stephanie and Jeremy had viewers hooked with their romance - despite Stephanie actually dating Sam Reece on the outside.
Their flirty antics and Sam's reaction (or lack of) has filled the headlines in recent weeks and now it sounds like Channel 5 are keen for Stephanie and Jeremy's relationship to continue on camera.
According to the Mail Online, the pair are being lined up for their own reality show which will follow their romance after CBB.
An insider revealed: "Viewers have been gripped by Stephanie and Jeremy's love story in the house, and will be dying to see how things progress when they're out of Celebrity Big Brother. Channel 5 bosses think a spin-off, fly-on-the-wall show would make excellent viewing and prove to be a ratings hit."
They also hinted Stephanie's boyfriend Sam could be making an appearance too, adding: "It remains to be seen what Sam Reece makes of it all, but there's no doubt his reaction to Stephanie's new romance but will make for some very interesting scenes!"
Would the First Dates star really be up for that, though? Considering he has refrained from making any comments on Steph and Jez since they got together?
While Stephanie originally went into the house completely smitten with Sam (who she has been dating for over a year), she soon struck up a close bond with Irish model Jeremy.
Jeremy made his feelings clear for Stephanie, insisting it was more than friendship between them, and while Steph seemed to shrug it off at first she later told her housemates beau Sam wasn't right for her anymore.
Claiming she needs to be single, Steph told Jeremy she needed to sort things out with Sam when she leaves the house. She later told Jeremy she was 'falling badly in love with him' and following his eviction she gushed: "I came on Celebrity Big Brother and met a guy from Ireland and he was everything I wished for and more, and I ended up kissing him."
"In my defence, I've always been a loyal dog and have never cheated on anyone before," she said. "I met a great guy and I'm so excited to see him. I love you Jez."
Jeremy, meanwhile, has apologised to Sam, admitting he would be gutted if it was his girlfriend falling for somebody else. Although, he did reveal he has no regrets about his relationship with Stephanie on the show.
Speaking on CBBBOTS last night, Jeremy told host Rylan: "Not at this stage... The situation with Steph and the boyfriend, of course, even Stevie Wonder could see it's a bad thing to do. I still went with my feelings."
"Of course I feel bad for Sam, any lad would feel bad, I'm not laughing about it," he added. "I respect the girl and feel she could be respected more as a woman.
"We did try to separate in the house and do our own thing, but in the house there is no getting away. I'm a genuine lad, I wouldn't do stuff for a showmance and I know she wouldn't either. There is no point her sacrificing things. It is what it is."
Sam is yet to directly comment on Stephanie and Jeremy's romance - only slamming reports their flirtations were purposely set up by Steph and himself to gain publicity.
Early on into CBB he did publicly withdraw his support from Stephanie on Twitter, but later insisted that didn't mean he had dumped her as he wants to speak to the former Hollyoaks star in person.
Although, when Stephanie declared she needed to be single, Sam appeared to respond by liking a tweet that said he had split with her first.
His friend, Vicky Pattison, has claimed Sam is 'confused' and doesn't know what to do about the situation.
Stephanie faces eviction tonight alongside Gemma Collins and Danniella Westbrook.
