Ibiza Weekender stars Imogen Townley and Deano Bailey have responded to rumours they are dating again.

Yesterday, Reveal reported the co-stars could be back together, after Imogen had shared a selfie with Deano to her Instagram. Fans had speculated if romance was back on the cards for the pair, but now, it seems the holiday reps have ruled out a reunion.

Taking to Twitter after seeing one of our tweets, Deano tagged Imogen and said: "Look what rumours you've started now." He also added a laughing emoji and the monkey with its hands over its eyes.

Imogen then replied: "@DeanoWeekender @RevealMag Soz babe! Can't deny we're not a bad looking couple like!"

Does that mean there's no hope of a reunion, then? The pair do seem to be back on friendly terms and it wasn't exactly a denial... We've still got our fingers crossed.

Imogen and Deano had first got together during Ibiza Weekender's last series. Following the show, the duo had seemed pretty smitten and continued their relationship back home in the UK.

However, in July last year, Imogen hinted she and Deano had split. She cryptically told fans she was "feeling better than ever", after having a "lucky escape."

Since then, neither Imogen or Deano have gone into detail about their break up, but Imogen did tell us recently things "spiralled out of control" between the pair.

She and Deano hadn't spoken or seen each other since ending their romance, but the co-stars were later reunited when Imogen arrived out in Ibiza and she has admitted she was "so nervous" about coming face-to-face with her ex-beau.

Imogen said: "It was the first time we'd seen each other since we'd split up. It was hard. I was very, very nervous."

"I wanted to bury the past and bury the hatchet with anyone I had drama with - like Jordan and Deano," she continued. "I felt like I'd be able to enjoy the experience more if I didn't have enemies or stress."

However, fans of Ibiza Weekender will soon see things didn't exactly go as smoothly as Imogen had hoped, as Deano had already worked his charms on newcomer Ellie Young.

Deano revealed: "I had no idea Imogen was coming back. It was a bit scary when she turned up because I was just getting close to Ellie. I didn't know how we were both going to react.

"It was awkward because me and Imogen hadn't really had the chat about us ending. Ibiza's not really the best place for that to happen."

Ibiza Weekender returns Sunday 7 February at 9pm on ITV2.
