The former Hollyoaks actress, 22, received the power to deliver a killer nomination when she was the only housemate NOT to talk about nominations in the house.
But could it be a poisoned chalice?
In scenes to be shown on Sunday night's show (31 January), Big Brother calls the remaining seven housemates into the sitting room for an important announcement.
It's revealed that Scotty T, Tiffany, John, Gemma, Danniella and Darren have ALL discussed nominations with each other - which is against the rules.
Scotty T even suggested that each housemate picks two people each, to make the process fairer, resulting in all the housemates being up.
But Big Brother is NOT impressed, saying: "This is a clear breach of the rules regarding the discussion of nominations. As Stephanie is the only housemate not to break Big Brother's rules, she will receive a personal reward."
Stephanie is then called into the Diary Room, where she is rewarded with the ultimate power - a killer nomination.
Whoever she chooses to nominate will face the next public vote for eviction.
While Steph initially looks happy to receive a reward after a tough few days in the house, it soon becomes clear that she could make someone very angry indeed. Eek!
Who she chooses will be revealed during Sunday night's show on Channel 5...
