Irish model Jeremy became the latest housemate to be evicted during the sixth live final and walked out to a mixture of cheers and boos.
After hearing he had received the least votes from the public, Jeremy said an emotional farewell to Stephanie, who broke down at the news.
As the pair kissed and hugged goodbye, Jeremy gave Stephanie his photo locket on a necklace - something very close to his heart as it contains a picture of his late mum and brother.
Jeremy told Stephanie to be strong, as she dissolved into tears.
Once outside the house, Jeremy spoke to CBB host Emma Willis about his controversial relationship with Stephanie in the house - and, most notably, Stephanie's boyfriend Sam Reece.
He also insisted Stephanie didn't deserve any boos. And there were lots of them!
When asked why he thought he had been evicted, Jeremy believed he might have come across as the "big bad wolf".
Talking about his romance with former Hollyoaks actress Steph, he said: "If I was on the outside, I'd be able to go somewhere. If there's someone you sit with and you have feelings for and you can't go anywhere… It kept getting stronger.
"I had people pulling me up all the time, but you go towards what you feel," he explained. "That's just me though, you like me or hate me and that's the way I live my life. I act on what I feel."
He added: "I can't explain what I feel inside, I can't act differently than I've already done. That's what I felt and I went with it."
As for the future, Jeremy was careful what he said, saying: "I don't know what's going to happen. It's just what it was."
When asked about how he'd feel in Sam's situation, Jeremy quickly replied: "I would be gutted. Absolutely gutted.
"I normally have and like to think I have a bit of integrity, but obviously not, like."
He also said he didn't know if they'd be together on the outside, but insisted: "I meant everything I said to her."
