As part of the latest task, housemates' friends and family have been phoning to speak with them: housemates have to identity who is calling by asking yes or no questions, then pass the phone to the correct housemate.
The twist is housemates only have a limited amount of call time for the whole task, so if anybody takes too long talking to a relative or friend, they could fail the whole task.
After watching Darren Day chat with his wife, and Jeremy McConnell and Gemma Collins get phone calls from their friends, former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie goes to the Diary Room to admit her fears.
She confesses that she's worried nobody wants to phone her as she's "not done them proud." She adds: "I'm scared, because I don't know what to expect and I don't know if what I've done is right or wrong. In the end I've just had to follow my heart."
That's a reference to her kissing housemate Jeremy McConnell, despite having a boyfriend, Sam Reece, in the outside world. She's since admitted to Jeremy that she thinks she's falling in love with him.
Stephanie needn't have worried, however, as she later received a phone call from her father, who told her: "You've made us so proud. We're missing you so much and we can't wait to see you. But we don't want to see you too soon, stay where you are."
