The former Big Brother housemate had been accused of assault and criminal damage to a dress by throwing champagne at Farrah Abraham during a heated taping of Big Brother's Bit On The Side in September.
Aisleyne had pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Today, it's been reported that the Crown Prosecution Service has dropped all charges and Aisleyne will no longer face trial over the incident. It had been estimated a trial could cost the taxpayer £15,000.
Hearing the news, Aisleyne took to Twitter to thank her best friend Nicola McLean for being so supportive for the past few months: "Massive thank u to my rock through all this drama the past 5 months I have a love for u that will never be broken @NicolaMcLean."
If you remember, it all kicked off on the CBB spinoff show in September when Aisleyne was on the panel with Farrah, Janice Dickinson, Jenna Jameson and Vicki Michelle.
Things got heated and the show was briefly taken off air, before ending 12 minutes early. It went off-air just as Farrah called Aisleyne a "hag". Earlier in the show, Aisleyne had called Farrah a "horrible bitch."
At the time, a rep said: "Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side was interrupted this evening due to an incident on the set."
