Since leaving Geordie Shore in 2014, Vicky has embarked on a solo career in TV, fronting her own MTV show Judge Geordie, going on to win I'm A Celebrity and presenting on ITV's Loose Women.
While she says most of her former castmates have supported her decision to move forward, Vicky claimed that Gary may have been a little bit envious of her recent success.
During Vicky's stint in the jungle, Gary appeared to hit out at the 28-year-old, insisting she wasn't being the real her while living in camp.
He had said: "It's not Vicky. She's playing a very safe game. I've known her for a long time and she's the most argumentative person I've ever met in my life. At the minute she's playing it very safe and trying to get everyone to like her."
Now, Vicky has said she thinks Gary is slightly bitter - especially as he tried to win a place on I'm A Celeb and didn't get it.
Speaking to The Daily Star, she said: "Holly [Hagan] and Kyle [Christie] were amazing, as was Aaron [Chalmers]. Charlotte [Crosby] and I are cool now and we've spoken."
"But Gaz seems to have a lot of sour grapes and jealousy, to be honest," she claimed. "He had an audition for the jungle and didn't get it, so I can see why."
Vicky added: "We're in the same industry and we've grown up together. I've known Gary since I was 18. We're both striving for the same thing, so we should support each other.
Hinting at a fallout between the pair, she said: "I've always said when Charlotte won Celebrity Big Brother, it was a win for all of us. It got our name out there and put us Geordies on the map. I wish Gary thought the same about me."
Gary is yet to respond.
Vicky decided to leave Geordie Shore two years ago, after starring on the show for nine series. At the time, she was in a relationship with ex-boyfriend James Morgan and admitted she had 'outgrown' the reality show.
While her co-stars were still up for going out, drinking every night and going on the pull, she was hoping to settle down instead.
At the time Vicky confessed: "The show has been going for a long time now and I've been fortunate enough to be a part of it from the start, but it has changed.
"It has different characters now, there's different people involved and everything that everyone is happy doing and still enjoys, I just don't... I was, and still am, totally convinced I've made the right decision."
