It all begins when Gillian McKeith instructs Steph, Jeremy McConnell, Darren Day and Tiffany Pollard to go to the toxic clinic.
But Stephanie - who had earlier been drinking prosecco with Tiffany which is forbidden as part of the task - calls out: "I'm not going in! I've given you more entertainment then anything you could wish for!"
In the kitchen, Danniella is talking about Stephanie to Gemma and John, saying: "She won't ever work again when she's come out of here. I love her dearly; I've been that girl that has self-destruct. I feel sorry for her."
At this point, Jeremy is the only toxic housemate to follow Gillian's instructions to go to the detox clinic.
Back in the living room, Stephanie says the house is crazy and boring, and is sending her crackers. This leads Danniella to observe her manner, and tells her: "You will never work again off the back of this show."
Stephanie is hurt by Danniella's comment and disagrees, saying: "Never speak to me again after this."
After being called into the Diary Room, Steph says: "Where's Jez please? I am leaving right now. I'm not doing this anymore."
Big Brother asks her to take a breath and to sit down but she covers the camera with her hand and then leaves the Diary Room to join Jeremy in the detox clinic.
Big Brother asks Steph to return to the Diary Room, and security is called to to calm the situation.
Once joining Jeremy in the detox clinic, Steph tells him: "Danniella went I will never work again after this show. Laughing in my face! I want to go now!"
Jeremy says he will back her up adding: "I only want to be with you."
They later both head to the Diary Room where seeing how upset she is, Jeremy reveals he would quit the show and walk with Steph.
Admitting that they have overall had a good time in he house, Steph explains: "I'd rather go together and not be without him! I'm sick of explaining myself."
After speaking to Big Brother, Stephanie and Jeremy decide to stay in the detox clinic.
