Viewers have seen them grow incredibly close in the house in the last few weeks with cuddles, open declaration of love and under the duvet antics, but they've decided not to hide away from it any longer.
As they stayed in the toxic clinic, the pair cosied up in bed and had a little heart to heart.
Steph was upset that night following her heated argument with Danniella Westbrook in the house, and Jeremy was comforting her in bed.
Steph told Jeremy: "Despite how I feel I've still been wrong in what I've done, but you don't know what it's like to be in the house, but what's done is done."
He told her: "I don't think we need to explain anymore."
But Steph said she "felt bad" because "I feel like I'm dragging you into it".
Jeremy told her this wasn't the case, saying: "I'll ride with you, I don't care what you say. I'm part of you and there's no going back anymore. I have your back till the end in this. In order to keep a bond with someone you have to stay loyal to them."
Steph pondered about what is going on in the outside, saying it probably "is not great for me and you", but Jeremy said: "Who cares? At least we met each other, regardless if it's friends or whatever. I still met an absolute legend of a girl, I'm so happy, so happy."
Steph said she was going to jump into her own bed as everyone in the toxic clinic has single beds, but that's not before they kissed on top of the duvet cover.

Steph and Jeremy's PDA comes after she revealed she will end her relationship with boyfriend Sam Reece. She told Jeremy during Wednesday night's episode: "Obviously Sam's not right for me and I need to sort it when I get out."
Having kept pretty much quiet since "withdrawing his support" for Steph via social media, model Sam broke his silence as fans took to Twitter to speak about the saga and responded to a tweet, saying: "Thanks for the support brother!"
He also liked a tweet from a fan, who said: "Don't worry Steph, @SamReece has already dumped ya" with a laughing face and thumbs up emoji.
