Stacey Solomon has claimed The Jump is the "scariest show ever" - and that's coming from the girl that took on the jungle!

Channel 4's winter sports reality show is set to return to our screens soon, and only last year, it was Stacey who was trying to master the slopes. The former X Factor star joined the likes of Steve-O, Louise Thompson, Ashley Roberts and eventual winner Joey Essex, and was the seventh celebrity to be eliminated from the show.

Now, a brand new batch of famous faces are preparing to make their debut out in Austria, and before they do, Stacey has made sure to wish them luck...

Speaking to Reveal recently, Stacey, who has teamed up with Mini Babybel Light for their #BigKid campaign, told us: "The Jump was the scariest show ever! The jungle was a piece of cake. That skeleton - no!"

The skeleton is always the dreaded event of the series and sees our celebrities hurtle down an ice track head first. Rather them, than us...

Recalling when she had to take part in the skeleton, Stacey added: "I think I might have, probably, passed out when I was on that! I don't remember it. It is hideous."

This time round, TOWIE's James 'Arg' Argent, Made In Chelsea's Mark-Francis Vandelli, Rebecca Adlington and Louisa Lytton will be among the celebs donning their ski gear.

Sharing her thoughts on the lineup, Stacey said: "I am excited about Mark and Brian, I love those two! They're going to have such a laugh. I bet Mark is really good at skiing, as he's probably been before, as he's posh and posh people ski."

She continued: "Brian will just be so funny. I can't wait to see him."

Ahead of the show returning to Channel 4, the celebrities have been put through their paces in training in order for them to master the different sporting events on the slopes.

Arg, who recently revealed he has never skied before, has openly spoke of how tough he is finding it and Stacey told us, preparing yourself for the show is really "brutal."

"The training is brutal," she insisted. "It is every day. You're talking about 6 in the morning until 9 at night sometimes. You're out in the cold all day, every day. It is so, so draining."

Referring to Arg, she then said: "If that's how he feels now, he's only just started... I don't know what he's going to do!"

As for Stacey, she admitted she hasn't kept up skiing since, but she is hoping to start up again and continue snowboarding too.

"I love it," she added. "I loved it. It's been a whole year and I can't believe how fast it's gone. Learning to snowboard, I felt like a cool person for the first time in my life! Like a really cool snowboard girl!

"I am better at skiing that I am at snowboarding, but I feel cooler on a snowboard. I feel trendier!"

Stacey Solomon is encouraging people to add some joy to their lunch with Mini Babybel Light, which is 42 calories #BigKid.
