Vicky Pattison has admitted she cringes when Stephanie Davis comes on Celebrity Big Brother, saying the show hasn't really done her any favours.

Former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie, 22, has been the most talked-about contestant of the series thanks to a string of fiery rows and her close friendship with Jeremy McConnell, despite having a boyfriend, Sam Reece, in the outside world.

Speaking to MailOnline, Vicky said: "I cringe for her when she comes on the telly, because I just think what injustice are you going to do yourself today? I think she's a very fragile, confused young girl."

The Geordie Shore star went on to say she understood Stephanie's reasons for going into CBB, to change public opinion of her, as it was a similar reason as to why Vicky entered I'm A Celebrity.

"She obviously went in there to try and turn things around like I did... but she's gone out of the frying pan and into the fire," she said. "She's done the worst thing! People hate cheats, it's not even just that, she's argued with everyone, called people names. I love someone who's got an opinion but it feels like she's having them all."

Stephanie's friendship with Jeremy has made headlines.

Stephanie was immune from eviction last night after winning the weekend immunity task. In the end it was former X Factor contestant Christopher Maloney who went home.

The housemates then got a special guest: Gillian McKeith!

The TV nutritionist entered the house as part of this week's task. She chose Stephanie, Tiffany, Scotty T and John as the four most toxic housemates and will embark on a purifying and detox regime with them.

CBB continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
