It was reported in November that the Big Reunion star had entered the show in a bid to pursue a solo career, and now we can see him attempting to win over the coaches during the blind auditions.
At the time of the initial reports, a source told the Daily Star that Kevin was successful and how all four coaches - Paloma Faith, Boy George, will.i.am and Ricky Wilson - turned their chairs for him.
"Kevin really impressed everyone. This could be huge for him," the source said.
Kevin found fame on ITV talent show Popstars in 2001. He formed Liberty X with the show's runners-up, Michelle Heaton, Tony Lundon, Jessica Taylor and Kelli Young.
Having achieved 10 Top 20 singles, the pop group called time on their band in 2007, but they reunited some five years later in 2012 for new ITV2 show, The Big Reunion.
However, it was during this time that they collectively decided it would be a short-term reunion to give their fans a final goodbye.
Catch Kevin on The Voice UK on Saturday 30 January on BBC One.
