Recently, Ferne and Rogan were romantically linked, after being spotted out together in her hometown of Essex. A source at the time had claimed things between the pair were 'more than just a fling', but Ferne has now told us there really isn't anything going on.
Catching up with Ferne at the Copperbox Arena to celebrate netball month on Sky, she told us: "I sat next to him at a dinner table. It's crazy."
"Vicky said it's Joss Mooney's birthday we're eating in Chigwell, come," she explained "We had a bit of banter... I met Rogan for the first time when he came to my charity ball that I hosted with Lydia [Bright] when we did our trek. He came with the Dreamboys."
Ferne continued: "He's a lovely guy, he's very handsome. The other night I sat next to him, we had banter, he's very cheeky... they then went off to Kent after the meal and I stayed in Essex - that was it."
Ferne's comments come after a rep for the 25-year-old insisted she and Rogan were just friends. Rogan had fulled the dating rumours by posting a photo of himself and Ferne to Twitter, calling Ferne 'beautiful' and telling fans he'd had a good night with his new pal.
He also shared a Snapchat of the pair leaning in for a kiss and many took that as confirmation the pair were an item. However, Ferne's rep was quick to clear up any confusion.
They said: "They are friends and were messing around - as all their snapshots from that evening clearly show. Both Rogan and Ferne have said this [over] social media last week when rumours first surfaced."
"There is absolutely nothing more between the two of them then friendship," they then added.
As well as Rogan, Ferne has been continuously linked to her I'm A Celeb campmate George Shelly.
Despite admitting she did fancy the Union J singer while living in the jungle together, Ferne has since insisted those feelings have passed and she and George are simply just friends.
Reiterating that to us yesterday, Ferne told us there is nothing more she can do to dispel romance rumours. George will always be close to her, but it will always just be friendship.
Revealing she is definitely not taken just yet, Ferne added: "I am single. 100 percent single... I'd love to be in love, though."
And telling us exactly what it would take for someone to sweep her off her feet, she gushed: "Kindness and someone who is charismatic.... Just a nice guy. I've dated too many pr*cks recently. Someone that's just really nice."
