Now that she's officially out of the running to win the show, Megan McKenna has revealed she's backing Scotty T to be crowned the champion of the 17th celebrity series.

The Geordie Shore star has already been backed by the bookies to go all the way, and he could get a boost in votes if Megan's fans now choose to support him too.

The feisty Ex on the Beach star was evicted from the show during last Friday night's (22 January) live episode after receiving the fewest number of public votes to save, meaning she's now free to vote for her fave like the rest of us.

Megan responded to a fan on Twitter who told her: "My winner was @Megan_Mckenna_ but @ScottGShore to win", saying: "I agree #scottyTtowin."

It's not surprising that Megan has picked this particular housemate to win, the pair were already well acquainted having filmed the new series of Ex On The Beach together, and kept viewers hooked with their flirtatious displays.

Speaking about the potential of future romance between them, Megan kept coy: "We're just going to have fun, we are both single. We've said when we come out we will go for dinner and see how it goes."

Although there was just 1% of votes separating the bottom three celebs from eviction, Megan revealed that she never thought she'd actually beat the competition.

Speaking to CBB host Emma Willis after her eviction, she confessed that simply appearing on the show felt like 'winning' to her, she said: "I knew, I had this feeling all day and everyone else in there is big, they have massive followings and I've been on one TV show. Coming on here was winning for me. I can't believe I made it on here. When I found out, I thought it was a joke."

Clearly grateful for the opportunity, Megan told followers her time in the house was an "amazing experience" and that the cheers from the crowd on her exit were a highlight, admitting she was: "so grateful for that amazing response."
