The mum-of-two had to pull out of Strictly's live tour last year, after suffering with severe morning sickness while pregnant with her youngest child Carter. This time round, however, she has finally joined the lineup, but has admitted she is finding it hard being away from her family.
So, how does she cope with feeling homesick? Plenty of FaceTime sessions!
Speaking to b ahead of her Strictly tour debut, Frankie told us: "I feel like I have been away for ages already, but I'm always FaceTiming and I get sent pictures and videos."
While she admits little Carter, who is now five months old, has no idea she is not around, she does make sure to travel back to see her boys and husband Wayne Bridge every week.
"[I'm away] six days at a time, so I'll go home every last show," she explained. "I get a whole day off at home and then travel back again."
That's a lot of mileage! Especially as the tour is headed to Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool and Scotland to name a few places.
She will be teaming up with the same dance partner she had during her series on the show, Kevin Clifton.
Frankie and Kevin managed to reach the Strictly final alongside Mark Wright, Simon Webbe and eventual winner Caroline Flack. Fast forward a year and The Saturdays singer is putting her dancing shoes back on and she admits, she is a little nervous to step back into her sequins.
"It's weird after having a baby and then getting back into all the sequins," she admitted. "I'm nervous. It feels weird coming out in front of everybody, but you get on with it."
She still looks totally fabulous!
