The Essex favourite is currently in Austria training for Channel 4's winter sports show, and after admitting he was funding it tough, his girlfriend Lydia Bright has since revealed that he's already injured himself.
It seems like at the beginning, Arg didn't have that much confidence in himself, as he tweeted to fans: "I'm sure it's going to be tough but great entertainment for you guys! I've never been on a skiing holiday in my life, only Brentwood dry ski slopes once with @wrighty_ lol! This is going to be hard/hilarious."
But, Arg has got the whole of Essex behind him, especially his TOWIE co-stars.
Tommy Mallet: "How is Arg going to do on The Jump? I'm just proud that he's there, put it that way. I'm proud of him for being there."
Dan Edgar: "Poor Arg. I don't think he's built for The Jump, is he?! But who knows, Joey [Essex] couldn't ski when he was on there and he won it, so you never know. Hopefully he does well, I'll be cheering him on anyway."
Kate Wright: "We love Arg but we feel a bit sorry for him. I mean it'll be funny to watch but bless him..."
Lydia: "I'm crossing my fingers that he stays in it for as long as possible. I'm going out there next week so I'm really excited to see him. I'll be there just in time for the first live show and fingers crossed he doesn't go out first otherwise he'll be flying home with me."
