Emma Willis has suggested the shock of three housemates quitting the Celebrity Big Brother house won't have any affect on the show or future evictions.

Viewers have seen Jonathan Cheban, David Gest and Angie Bowie walk out of the show in the past two weeks, making that three celebrities who have exited without an eviction.

But appearing on Bit On The Side last night, Emma suggested the surprise departures wouldn't make much difference to the house because they had more housemates than ever this series anyway.

"I'm trying to rationalise it in my head by going, 'We had more than we ever had anyway, so if a couple of them have to leave for whatever reason then we probably still have the same amount as a normal series,'" she said.

"That's how I'm justifying it in my head."

Kim Kardashian West's best friend Jonathan was the first to walk, saying he was getting claustrophobic in the house and the fun had gone, while David and Angie both left because of illness.

A source had told Daily Star: "This is the longest celeb series they've ever done. If any more walk it's going to be a serious problem. Tasks are having to be revised for fewer housemates. If this continues evictions may be cancelled."

But reps have denied this.

After Angie walked yesterday, just a day after David left, the planned eviction still went ahead, which saw Kristina Rihanoff being the third housemate to be evicted.
